Instructions
  1. Spice Mix: Blend all dry ingredients in medium bowl.  Place in tightly sealed container.  Store in cool, dry place.
  2. To use:  Rub generously over chicken or pork and let marinate two to four hours or overnight.
  3. Note:  Whole Coriander can be ground in a spice or coffee grinder.
